You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload.
  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your User Content does not contain illegal material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content inciting violence or hatred.
  • AI models you upload were trained on data you had the right to use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal content of any kind;
  • Impersonate any person or entity;
  • Circumvent technical protection measures or security features;
  • Engage in automated scraping or bulk downloading without our written permission;
  • Use the Service to train or distribute models that generate illegal content;
  • Harass, threaten, or dox other users;
  • Spam, phish, or distribute malware through the Service.

6. Content Moderation

We may review, flag, or remove User Content at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. We use a combination of automated tools and human review. Our moderation decisions are final, but you may appeal by contacting us at [TO FILL: contact email].

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Free, Pro, Premium) and creator-tier subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused portions, except where required by law.

Creator payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
